Cake Flavours and Fillings - Bills Edible Art Northampton
For sponge cake fillings, I use Tiptree preserves made by Wilkin & Sons. These top quality traditional English preserves are made from the finest ingredients. As many fruits as possible are grown on ‘Tiptree’ farms especially for jam production so that the best varieties are selected and they are as fresh as possible when they are used in the preserves. Here are some of our suggestions, but if you would like any specific flavours or fillings, then please ask. Tiered cakes can have different flavoured tiers. Guideline prices are above and I provide a detailed quote for specific cakes on application.
